The person who owns the photos mentioned that they found a strange bird on the outskirts of a town in Venezuela. Even though it looks different from other birds, it has a pair of scary black eyes.
Most people believe that this bird with a round head and wide beak is a potoo bird, which is closely related to the mosquito owl family. However, some people think it might just be a potoo bird statue set up by someone to get attention because the bird in the photo has distinct yellow irises and black pupils, which are quite different from the bird’s haunting eyes.
But, contrary to the image of the timid potoo bird that we know, this strange bird scares many people when they see it.
